Gr2 Titanium Plate has an oxide film on its surface that acts as an excellent wear-resistant separating agent. The use of titanium plates eliminates the need for additional separating agents, making it easier to peel off the deposited material and avoiding the pre-processing steps required for other plates. Additionally, the titanium plate is half the weight of a copper plate.

Gr2 Titanium Plate is more than three times that of a copper seed plate, lasting up to 10 to 20 years depending on operating conditions. Electrolytic copper produced using a titanium seed plate has a compact crystal structure, a smooth surface, and excellent quality.
